The delivery will take place in 1-2 days from ordering. Delivery time depends on where you live, in Europe approximately 1 week. Almost all items are in stock and information is available on products if delivery time is longer than usual.

VAT, taxes and duties
All prices include the VAT inside EU and exclude the VAT outside EU.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR).
When ordering inside the EU, your price is shown directly on each product page. When ordering to a country outside the EU, you will see your final prices after choosing your country as you fill in your delivery address. For deliveries outside the EU, Finnish VAT will be subtracted from the prices. For most products this is 24%. Exceptions: for food products 14% and for books 10%.
On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your local Customs office for information on duties and taxes.
The customer has a right to return the ordered goods during 30 days from goods arrival. The product to return has to be unused and the package has to be saleable, otherwise the return can not be accepted. If you want to return a product please inform us via e-mail (email@example.com) in advance, so you’ll get the further instructions by return.
Sometimes there might happen damage during the transport despite the careful packaging. For that reason it would be highly recommended to check the status of the package at the post office while collecting the package. If the package is damaged during the transport (and also the goods inside the package are damaged) make a damage report at the post office immediately. Then contact our customer service to arrange a delivery of new product.
